I usually speak to Beth regarding any issues with our client homes and she is always prompt with details, follow ups and makes sure requests are completed thoroughly. I had a 5 star experience with Halcyon Overhead Door. Beth and Anthony were amazing and made sure everything was done professionally. Beth was wonderful in scheduling our service appointment for the same day we called. She was caring and took good care of us. Anthony came out promptly and, in fact, he came earlier which was great. He did a quality job fixing our garage door. He was pleasant, professional and gave top notch service. We used Halcyon to replace our home garage door opener. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and they arrived on time. We were shocked and very pleased to hear how quiet our new opener was after installation. It was such a huge difference from our previous model. We also love all the features it offers in the app. It gives us great peace of mind when we think we may have left the door open after driving away from the house. These Guys are a really good, honest Business.  They quoted me right over the phone on the cost of a Spring Repair for my Garage Door. This is key as some Services won't quote you over the phone and they try to play on the fact that your stuck and will quote a ridiculous price when they get to your home.  Don't fall for it, a reputable repair service like Halycon will quote you right over the phone, no BS.  The Spring size can vary a little, but you can measure your Spring and tell them over the phone.  The labor cost is fixed, they know exactly what it costs to install them. It turned out that my Door is a heavy Carriage style door, two guys can't lift it without Springs in place, so it requires a larger Spring than typical Doors.  Anthony was the Service Technician that came out, he was excellent, and let me listen to his call back to the office to locate the right Springs.  He also gave me the option of installing 4 smaller Springs, or replacing the 2 existing same size Spring with the difference in cost breakdown.  I chose to replace the same size Springs, which took an additional day for them to get.  Anthony was back the next morning with them and installed them in less than an hour. I used Halcyon for both my purchase and maintenance of my garage door over the years. The service has always been very prompt and courteous, and the prices seem fair. I've used other garage door services a couple of times to replace broken parts thinking that a local company would be faster, but I prefer the quality of service that Halcyon provides even though they are almost 40 miles away.
